The Living Room

So, let’s start with our living room. We recently changed the floor—before, it was white tiles, which made the room feel quite cold and not very cozy.

We used double-sided tape and applied it to the tiles to keep them exactly as they were, then placed the floorboards on top. This way, when we move out and if our landlords don’t like it, it’s easy to remove everything and restore it to its original state. The floor we chose is a design floor, so it’s super easy to clean.

We also used this leaf wallpaper, which I absolutely love, to make the room more unique and special.

As you can see, we used all kinds of different chairs—I just love mixing and matching and putting things together that you wouldn’t normally expect to go together. But once you see the whole room, it somehow works.

When you look around, you might notice that every color appears at least twice, which helps tie everything together.

We recently added this tiny sofa in the corner, and we all love sitting there, reading, looking outside, and relaxing for a few moments.
